Adding Facebook to the ReachFactor profile is pretty easy. In the past, we asked for your Facebook log ins. This allowed us to log in as if we were you. We quickly discovered that this created a lot of security issues. It was a nightmare. We now have a quicker and simpler process for you.

This process makes your life, and ours, a lot easier. The best way to add Facebook to your ReachFactor page is to set up as as an Admin. That way, we can make sure that its all set up and stays set up.

Are you ready? Here we go.

Step 1

  • Log into the Facebook page that you want to link to ReachFactor.
  • Click on Settings at the top of the page

Step 2

  • Look for the menus on the left side.
  • Click on Page Roles

Step 3

  • In the blank box below your name, add rb@reachfactor.com
  • The default for the roll is editor
  • Click on the drop down and choose Admin

Step 4

  • Click Save
  • In the box that pops up, enter your password to confirm the change.
