Quickly crank up lead generation with new feature: Listings-to-Leads

Over 80% of consumers who arrive at an agent’s ReachFactor profile (whether from Craigslist, Facebook, Google, etc) look at the Listings tab. More than 50% of these people click a listing to get more information. They are obviously interested in a particular kind of property.

Now imagine offering buyers the ability to find ‘similar properties’ through free MLS search. All they need to do is register first, then they’re redirected to your listings search link.

Many MLSs provide agents with a property search link, iframe, or smartframe link at no extra charge. Just get your link from the MLS or from your Broker, enter it into your ReachFactor account, and we do the rest. This nifty new feature you will get you high quality buyer leads immediately.

Here’s how this works:

  • Buyer is on your Listings tab on ReachFactor:


  • Buyer clicks a property address to see the details, and is presented with this:

You’ll notice we reinforce your reputation with your ReachFactor badge to enhance your credibility (they’re more likely to give you real contact information). The Buyer is also consenting to be contacted by you when they submit the form. This means you can add them to your warm leads list immediately for follow-up.

If the buyer hits “no thanks” they will be placed back on your ReachFactor profile and can view all your listings, your client testimonials, etc.. They will not get this pop up window for another 24 hours.

  • When they enter their information and click GO, a new browser window is opened, allowing them to search your MLS.



Your ReachFactor profile is still open in the old browser window so they can continue looking at your client testimonials, etc at any time.

  • Immediately after they register, the buyers’ contact details are emailed to you. This email will include the buyer’s name, contact information, and the property they were viewing. This is a HOT lead and you should send them a personal note as soon as possible offering your assistance, especially if you know of similar properties in the area.

How do you set this up? Easy..


1) Login to ReachFactor

2) Enter the MLS URL (this can be any URL where you want to redirect the user) in the Publishing tab




3. Hit “Save” to save your settings.
