Get your Quality Service Surveys Marketed Through ReachFactor
This guide will show you step-by-step how to get your QSS surveys sent to ReachFactor. Once ReachFactor digitizes your surveys they’ll be made instantly available inside your ReachFactor account for marketing purposes, where you can automatically display them on Facebook, etc.
1) First, login to 21online.com
2) In Popular Tools on the home page, click QSS Surveys
You’ll arrive at a screen that looks like this:
3) Do a search to pull up all “Completed Surveys”
4) Next, on your results screen click Export to Excel
5) This will produce an Excel Spreadsheet with all the details of who has completed your surveys. Save this Excel sheet to your computer.
6) Next, download each completed survey and save them to your computer as a PDF (Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers are easiest for this).
You do this by clicking the Completed link to save the file to your computer as a PDF.
7) After you’ve saved all your files email your Excel sheet and Survey PDFs to surveys@reachfactor.com. Our customer service staff will coordinate the digitizing of all your files!
