After you have set up you business page in Facebook, you need to get the listings and reviews from ReachFactor into Facebook. To do this, you need to install the Reviews and Listings tabs from ReachFactor.

 

Here is how to do this

 

  1. Go to http://www.reachfactor.com
  2. Click on Log in (Upper Right)
  3. Log in with your Email Address and Password
  4. Go to the Channels Tab
  5. If you have not already done so, you will need to connect your pages to ReachFactor. This is covered under the article called “How to connect ReachFactor to Facebook”. If you have not completed this step, stop here and go through this 1st.
  6. Look for” Install your Listings tab”
  7. Under ” Install your Listings tab”, Click on “Go to our app in Facebook”
  8. A new window will open up to a Facebook page called My Listings that has a large For Sale Sign on it.
  9. If there is a Like Button at the top of the page, click it to like our page.
  10. Click on “Add to My Page”.
  11. A window will pop up called “Add My Listings to your Page”.
  12. Click on the “Add to Page” button for the page you wish to add the tab to.
  13. Go to your Facebook page and confirm that the tab has been added.
  14. Back in your ReachFactor account to Channels, look for” Install your Reviews tab”
  15. Under ” Install your Reviews tab”, Click on “Go to our app in Facebook”
  16. A new window will open up to a Facebook page called Agent Ratings and Reviews that has a large Text Bubble on it with red stars in it.
  17. If there is a like button at the top of the page, click on it.
  18. Click on “Add to My Page”
  19. A window will pop up called “Add My Reviews to your Page”.
  20. Click on the “Add to Page” button for the page you wish to add the tab to.
  21. Go to your Facebook page and confirm that the tab has been added
