To load a picture in Reach Factor, here is what you need to do.
- Log into your Reach Factor Account
- Click on Account in the upper right
- Click on Edit Profile in the upper right
- Under Profile/Profile Picture, click on browse
- Find the picture that you want to use on you local PC
- Hit Save
- Your picture should now be loaded
